Josh from LP is a super standup guy. I met with 3 different companies and decided to go with LP because Josh was very knowledgeable, walked me through the entire process and did not try to upsell me even though I thought I needed something. he often found a way to achieve our vision with less. Josh was upfront, informative and fair in pricing. LP also took extreme ownership of the project, checking in on the sod days after it was installed to answer questions and make sure it was progressing as expected. he was very responsive when asked questions. overall I felt involved in the entire process and above all Josh is the kind of person you can trust to get the job done. Which is so critical for these kinds of projects. I highly recommend working with LP for your grading and landscaping projects. The gras looks beautiful

As a contractor it's very hard to find other contractors who provide the quality we Do. With L.P there was never an issue. Their quality is by far the best out there. Their knowledge, experience, and expertise help fix any grading issues that you may have. They are very affordable and you definetly get a high quality. We use them on 99 percent of our jobs and our customers couldn't be happier with the results. Definetly reach out to them for any grading needs
