FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be clear, fair, and accessible, with options that support both consistency and flexibility. I offer a 45-minute consultation session for $50, which provides focused time to discuss your current situation, determine whether coaching is a good fit, and explore possible next steps. Most clients leave the consultation with new insights, increased clarity, and at least one meaningful “aha” around their current challenge - even if they choose not to continue with ongoing coaching. New clients may begin with an introductory rate of $75 per session for their first three 50-minute coaching sessions. Standard one-on-one coaching sessions are $125 for a 50-minute session. For clients seeking ongoing support, I also offer discounted coaching packages, providing 30–40% off the standard session rate. I also offer a Coaching for Acts of Kindness program for package-subscribing clients. Through this optional program, clients may earn complimentary coaching sessions by completing meaningful acts of service in their community, reinforcing compassion, accountability, and real-world impact. Limited sliding-scale slots may be available for Veterans, First Responders, and their families. If you’re navigating a life transition and would like to discuss support options and pricing, I invite you to schedule a consultation so we can explore what feels like the right fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a 45-minute consultation session, where we focus on building rapport, establishing trust, and discussing what’s bringing you in. I also review confidentiality, boundaries, and how coaching works, so you feel informed and comfortable from the start. Most clients gain clarity and insight during this first conversation. If we decide to work together, early sessions are intentionally paced and client-directed. We focus on increasing awareness, identifying patterns, and understanding what may no longer be serving you. Coaching takes place in a non-judgmental, respectful space, where curiosity and honesty are prioritized over fixing or forcing change. As clarity develops, we work collaboratively to define goals and take practical, values-aligned steps forward. Throughout the process, I regularly check in to ensure the pace, focus, and direction continue to feel supportive and aligned with your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Recovery, Transformation, and Integration Coach, trained through Being True To You, with education spanning recovery-informed coaching, coaching ethics, client-centered processes, and integration-focused support. I hold an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration and have over 15 years of professional experience as an Operations Business Analyst for a Fortune 500 company. This background strengthens my ability to identify patterns, clarify complex situations, and help clients translate insight into practical action. I am also a U.S. Navy Veteran and actively involved in mentorship and leadership development. I mentor Veterans through American Corporate Partners and serve in leadership and facilitation roles with Mentor Discover Inspire, supporting personal growth, accountability, and service-based development. My training and experience emphasize ethical boundaries, confidentiality, client agency, and creating a respectful, non-judgmental coaching environment.
