- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Coaching Process 1. Connection & Rapport We begin by building trust and establishing a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space. I take time to understand who you are, what you’re navigating, and what feels most urgent or alive for you right now. 2. Clarity & Priorities Together, we explore current challenges, patterns, and pressures to identify your true priorities. This helps us focus on what matters most—rather than trying to fix everything at once. 3. Agreements & Boundaries We establish clear expectations, boundaries, and ground rules for our work together. This includes communication, accountability, confidentiality, and mutual responsibility—so the container supports meaningful growth. 4. Customized Path Forward I work collaboratively with you to design a personalized coaching approach that supports remembering and reconnecting with your authentic self. This path is tailored to your goals, values, and pace, and may evolve as you do. 5. Rhythm & Accountability We set a consistent cadence that fits your life, ensuring momentum, reflection, and integration between sessions. Coaching is not just insight—it’s supported action over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a combination of formal education, professional experience, and applied coaching training to my work with clients. I hold a Master’s degree in Business and have spent the last 15 years working as a Business Analyst, where I specialize in identifying patterns, clarifying complex situations, and developing outcome-based solutions. These skills directly inform my coaching approach—helping clients gain insight, prioritize what matters, and make informed, practical decisions. In 2025, I earned my Transformational and Psychedelic Integration Coaching Certification through Being True To You (BTTY). This training emphasized ethical coaching practices, personal transformation, and supporting clients in integrating meaningful experiences into grounded, real-world change. I also volunteer as a mentor with American Corporate Partners (ACP), supporting military members, veterans, and spouses as they transition into civilian life and the private sector. Additionally, I volunteer with Mentor, Discover, Inspire (MDI), where I facilitate weekly men’s peer-led support groups focused on self-awareness, relationships, accountability, and personal growth. Looking ahead, I will be returning to school in Fall 2026 to begin a second Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, continuing my commitment to ethical practice, deeper skill development, and long-term service.
