We had a leak in our basement toilet caused by our sump pump. Rich came in and helped assess the situation he didn't rip our while house apart he surgically and carefully removed what he had to to find the leak. Once the leak was found thanks to his experience and contacts he connected us to a plumber that was able to fix the leak and provide us a permanent solution to prevent further leaks. Rich treats you like family and his prices are reasonable and honest. He constantly took my pregnant wife and her concerns to the forefront of his concerns. Rich didn't just hand us off to the people he connected us for the work; he called and checked in to make sure the work was going OK. Rich helped us with the insurance claim in explaining the process and what to expect and communicating issues to the adjuster. It was a huge relief as someone who has zero experience with this whole process. I cannot sing his praises enough. Rich and his work have time and time again been something I have told my wife I was thankful for.
