- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system since I don't have a standard service. One photo assignment could be quite different than another one. The pricing will be suited to fit variations the customer may desire, and will be discussed in advance. There's no hidden charges and my work is 100% guaranteed satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Number one, is to know what the customer wants, and to be upfront with them so they would know whether or not I have what it takes to provide the results they expect to receive. And since they're a new customer - I would do what I could to place them at ease so as to boost their confidence, so they can be relaxed, and be their true self in front of the camera.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Father was a photographer and I worked for him , before entering the Marine Corps and graduating from Photography School in NAS Pensacola Florida. After the service I worked for Technicolor Corporation in Burbank CA and then the Polaroid Industrial Marketing Division, Olan Mills, and followed with 36 years at my Tirschel Photography Studio... shooting weddings, portraits, children and sports.
