- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% Discount for new Customers and 15% for Veterans My pricing is very transparent and fair I always try to give a fair price and if there is a big job I can always try to give a discount to the customer for doing a big project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by asking what they need done on the property and then I can get an idea of what it is, then I go and see the project and give an estimate and there I can give a price for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have, has been acquired on the field, I have learned next to very skilled workers and I have been in the industry for a long time.
