Pressley was incredibly polite, neat and professional. He took care of our patches on the stucco retaining wall. His materials were of a high quality and he took his time to be sure it was done well. Because stucco that has aged is almost impossible to match he quoted a price to clean and paint the whole wall once the stucco cures. My pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, and the time needed to complete the project properly. I focus on providing fair, honest pricing without cutting corners on quality. Estimates are explained clearly so customers understand exactly what work is included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with discussing the customer’s concerns and evaluating the project either in person or through photos.
From there, provide a detailed estimate and explain the recommended repairs or improvements. Once approved, I keep clear communication throughout the project and make sure the customer is satisfied with the final result before considering the job complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in exterior restoration and repair, including siding installation, stucco repair, painting, trim and fascia repair, and general home exterior improvements. Most of my training has come from real-world experience working directly in the field and learning proper installation and repair methods.
