FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here is the pricing and info for training, I can bundle training days to consolidate time. I only use positive reinforcement such as treats, toys, high praise and affection. Each session is done in home for 2 hours each visit. I have found pups respond best in the environment that they are most comfortable in and it also allows me to observe any undesired behavior first hand where it naturally occurs. behavior modification (like chewing, jumping, digging, fearfulness, possessiveness, aggression etc) is $40 per session, potty+crate training $20 and basic obedience is $25 per session to teach sit, lay, down/off, rollover, stay, come as well as heel + leash training. Additional services offered: dog walking/running $20/hr per dog for individual days or $60/hr per dog for 4 days a week (homes with multiple dogs needing multiple days of exercise may bundle for reduced rates), agility and/or hunting exercise (not for competitive training but physical and mental exercise) $40 per 2 hour session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial introductory session is used to familiarize myself with the animal, speaking with the owner about specific concerns, reviewing what the owners can complete between sessions as well as completing the first training period.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience training foster and personal pets, educating myself through training classes and modules relevant to professional preferences, such as various behavior modification and obedience training methods.
