- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic price list can be found on my website Repetto Pencraft; but I am very reasonably priced for the smaller wedding or event. You are welcome to ask questions any time. Once I give a quote , you can consider that your handshake to pricing. Honesty and integrity makes a professional!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an inquiry is made, time frames and availability are confirmed, a proof is sent. Items and dates are approved and finalized by a 50% retainer and signed contract. Communication for any changes and progress for order remains open and transparent. Remaining balance is due immediately before shipping or delivery of order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With experience as a commercial artist for 37 years dealing with clients, corporations, and school administrations as well as residential clientele, my skills have developed in many trades such as all facets of illustration and painting, marketing, interior design, graphic arts, conceptual projects as well as advance computer graphics and most important communication. I am satisfied when my customer is satisfied. My business relies on network and reputation. And now a Member of the Society of Scribes.
