Very responsive and knowledgeable about the issue. First time coming out, did not have adequate ladder to go into ceiling. Came out the next morning and was able to resolve issue. While he stated it was a blown fuse that caused the system not to turn on, I felt as if the price for the fuse replacement, $285, was not accurate.

All workers were nice and professional but it was failed to mention to me that the only way I could finance my new furnace was through their Wells Fargo credit card. Additionally, the 2 guys who installed my Furnace did not put on the correct sealant so I had to have Jordan Lavasseur come back that same weeknto fix the issue. Jordan is wonderful though! I am very pleased with his kindness, professionalism, and courtesy.
