Josh from the Guardian came in early morning as we wished for our request. He checked attic where air handler located and outside to do diagnostic evaluation. He found out the problem right away an d offered several possible solutions. Josh showed me excellent customer care skills and professionalism based upon his past experiences. Company must be proud of him, not just because of his skills, but because of his passion and ownership.

my AC went out in a rental property. I had another company come out and give me an estimate that I felt was way too high. I called Guardian who came right out and repaired the same exact problem for less than half of the price of the other company. They do professional work and we are very courteous and informative thank you guardian.

He has served as President of the Cobb County Heating and Cooling Association and is also an advisor to the HVAC program at a local college.
