What a pleasant surprise it was to have Connor service my HVAC today!
Not only did he provide amazing customer service, but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient enough to answer my 1,001 questions. 😂 He was a respectful young man and im so grateful he was dispatched to me today. He originally came out to perform routine AC tune-ups and help me install my new smart thermostats. Let’s just say my system and wiring were enough to give anyone a headache, but Connor took the bull by the horns and got everything figured out and working properly.
Even though he came out for routine AC maintenance, he also noticed something major with my furnace that could have easily gone unnoticed. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and the fact that he didn't just do the job he was called for and leave. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was safe and working the way it should.
Connor is truly a blessing, and I'm so glad I found Guardian on Angi's List! He also signed me up for an annual maintenance plan at a really great price.
After having Connor take care of my HVAC issues, I can honestly say Guardian has gained a long-term customer. Excellent service, great communication, knowledgeable technician, and someone I would absolutely recommend!

Josh from the Guardian came in early morning as we wished for our request. He checked attic where air handler located and outside to do diagnostic evaluation. He found out the problem right away an d offered several possible solutions. Josh showed me excellent customer care skills and professionalism based upon his past experiences. Company must be proud of him, not just because of his skills, but because of his passion and ownership.

⭐ Thorough, Honest, and Exactly the Kind of HVAC Service You Want
I’m so glad I chose this company. Jamie was fantastic from start to finish. My original appointment window was 1–6 p.m., but he called when his earlier appointments finished ahead of schedule and asked if I was available sooner. He arrived around noon and never made the visit feel rushed. I wanted both HVAC systems thoroughly checked before the colder months, especially because I had concerns about previous work involving the venting and wanted reassurance that everything was operating safely. Jamie went above and beyond. He inspected both systems inside and out, performed carbon monoxide testing, took photos and video, and then actually walked me through what he found. He even checked out my water heater. I’ll also receive the documentation by email, and none of that added anything to the cost of the service.
What impressed me most was the time he took to educate me. He explained the overall condition of my systems, discussed the appropriate filters to use, answered my questions, and then made sure I understood what he was seeing instead of simply coming in, doing the work, and leaving.
As a homeowner, it means a lot to have a technician who makes you feel comfortable, informed, and confident that you aren’t being upsold on things you don’t need. Jamie was personable, professional, incredibly thorough, and put my mind at ease about the safety of my home and family.
I was so pleased that I signed up for their annual service plan before he left. I absolutely plan to continue using them and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company they can trust.
my AC went out in a rental property. I had another company come out and give me an estimate that I felt was way too high.
