We talked about what I wanted done on the phone. He said to give him a call when I got the gas fire logs, and he would work with me to get them installed. I was expecting a few days or a week's delay getting them installed. I got the fire logs on Friday, called him and he came at 9:00 Saturday and did the work. He did a great job, and I was very pleased with his work. Took away all the packaging for me also!!
