I hired Zach to pressure wash my driveway, parking pad and side walk. He was very Professional , showed up on time and communicated with me ever step of the way. He is a very hard worker. When I sent the request for estimates out for bid , he contacted me fast , stopped by to look at the project and explained how he was going to do the pressure washing. I was concerned because I didn't want chemicals used like bleach because the drainage off of the driveway could kill my lawn, no worries with Zach. He showed me his equipment and explained that he didn't use chemicals just hot water. My driveway looks better than it ever has and I can say better then when I moved into my house.
If I ever need anything pressure washed again, he will be the guy that I call.

Did a great job. Started when he said he would and finished in a timely manner. The house and all of the sidewalks look great. Will definitely call again!!

We hired Zach to pressure wash our stone patio and our very large driveway. I was concerned about areas that had a lot of stains and darker places. Zach was very professional and did a great job! He also completed the job in a very timely manner. I couldn't believe how it looked afterwards! I would definitely recommend ZR1 Pressure Washing and we will definitely use Zach again!

ZR1 did an outstanding job pressure washing our home. We have a large home approximately 6000 square feet. ZR1 was timely, thorough, and trustworthy. I had no worries not being home throughout the completion of the job. Pleasantly surprised when I returned home to a job well done. I would highly recommend ZR1 for both residential and business pressure washing jobs.

We were referred to ZR1 and Zack through a friend and it worked out better than I hoped..their prices were better than the competition and the service was even better. I will be calling on ZR1 again this month and encourage anyone looking for a professional pressure washing company to do the same.
