- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tree work is hard to piece over a phone or email. so estimates will just about have to be dune in person. pictures do help but almost always needs a in person examination of job there are is to many factors the average home owner dose not know about that have never work or been educated in the tree care/wok. Such as drop zones, obstacles, hazards,rotting,decay,infections,coprimised root system,bug infestations,ect
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish a positive relation and feel with customer. Aquire job discretion a phone number and adrees and meet time. Quote will be made after examination of job and we will go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a yung able body tree man I have 5 years experience on GA power circuits from climbing crews, distribution, high line, danger drew, and even giraffe bush hog crew.last two years I been a Forman of a residential crew doing climbing and bucket work trees.experienced in crane work, bobcat work bucket work,climbing and all forms of tree work u name it I dune it and worked a lead man operator.
