- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have pricing based on the size of the home in square feet. I have a Rate Schedule available on request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts me and provides input on the house plan they want to build. We meet either online or in person to discuss the details of their plan. I then begin creation of a set of plans using CAD. Next step is I email the customer a PDF set of the plans for them to review. This process continues until the plans meet the customers expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained as a draftsman in high school school and then continued that education in college. I worked as a mechanical engineer in industry for many years. I then became a general contractor where I built custom homes for over 30 years. During that time I designed hundreds of custom homes for my clients.
