Once our plans were complete we let them do their job. They paid excellent attention to detail and provided guidance that made our energy efficient house our home. We were initially drawn to Mountain View Home Builders because they built homes meeting the requirements to receive "earthcraft" certification. Not only did this mean an extremely energy efficient home but also meant that the building process would receive 6 independent inspections at the major points of construction to ensure the standards were meant.The finished product exceeded our expectations in all areas. Doug and Mike are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were responsive to all issues and questions as things went along and we had no followup issues during the 7 years we owned the home. We have no reservations in giving Mountain View Home Builders the highest rating.

We charge actual cost plus overhead and builder fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with our new client to discuss your project. If you have plans we can provide you with a cost estimate. We also want to visit your building site to determine location of your home and review requirements for your foundation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed to build residential homes in the State of Georgia. We have been building homes here for over 30 years.
