FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we prefer to do an onsite visit before we provide a quote. We never know what we are working with until we actually can see it. We also prefer to talk directly to the customer if possible when providing a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we prefer to do an onsite visit before we provide a quote. We never know what we are working with until we actually can see it. We also prefer to talk directly to the customer if possible when providing a quote. If our quote is accepted and we are hired by the homeowner, I will contact the homeowner to schedule a time that works to complete the project. We will then set a time and day to complete the project and address any questions the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 4 year electrical apprenticeship at IEC Atlanta Chapter and graduated in 1999. I currently maintain a electrical journeyman's license and a Class 2 Electrical Contractors license issued by the state of Georgia. I do take classes in order to get CEUS each year to maintain my education and license status.
