I’m very disappointed with this carpet cleaning service. The cleaning was done around July 30–31, and I honestly don’t feel like my carpet was thoroughly cleaned. I saw the technician vacuum and spot-treat certain areas, but the carpet throughout my house did not look or feel like it had actually been deep cleaned. About a week ago, I rented a carpet cleaner from Home Depot and went over my carpets myself. I immediately noticed several areas that appeared not to have been cleaned at all. Those spots came noticeably cleaner with the rental machine, which makes me question whether every room was actually cleaned or whether the equipment being used was simply not powerful enough for a proper deep carpet cleaning. I paid around $250 for the service and ultimately had to spend additional money and my own time cleaning the carpets myself. Normally, after my carpets are professionally cleaned, they look significantly better. Unfortunately, that was not the case here, and I feel like my money was wasted.
