If I could have selected all of the qualities I would have — Naib is excellent! As a real estate investor I work with many contractors many passable/mediocre, or bad! All usually late. Naib arrived and saved me hundreds on getting a new toilet I was so impressed I paid him the price of replacing a toilet (which is VERY fair given what some of these plumbers charged to install my last toilet 😭) I had him look at my dishwasher (money saved as I was budgeting to replace a dishwasher that didn’t need to be replaced), I had him also look at an fix an outdoor electric outlet. He’s honest, hardworking, and has the critical thinking skills to test/fix before blaming the appliance. This is so key! He does everything and he’s my handyman for fixes on my rental moving forward. He is THAT guy - Hire him!
