There were two stumps. One stump grinding material was leveled to the ground. The other stump grinding material (in the picture) does not have a smooth transition to the ground. If it is not possible to level to the ground, notify the customer or remove the excess grind from the premises. In order to make the area usable, I have to pay, again, and that increases the value of the initial service.

I was pleased with Jose and the company right away- he responded so quickly to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. He worked with me to make sue I was able to get the job done. Initially, I contacted STUMP X GRINDING LLC to have some shrubs removed from my window- I was tired of looking at them. Once he arrived he was very professional and related back to me what I wanted done. That went a long way, because I had to run out and get my children. When I returned, Jose was finished and he had cleaned up everything. I was beyond pleased.
