They were very nice and friendly and explain their work very much like they knew what they were doing serviced my air condition but they found ductwork that I had been some tires in and all and they fixed all of that I really do appreciate them finding that and showing that to me and taking care of it and very polite and easy to talk to!!

Last week on one of the hottest days this summer, our AC went out. UGH!!! I was very worried, because not only was it the middle of the day when I called but also our HVAC system is older. I was dreading the thought of having to wait at least a day for an appointment just to be told the system would need to be replaced. And then how long might that take? I found Absolute Climate Control online and read in other reviews about their quick and professional service. First, shout out to Audrey who took my call. She is great! Very reassuring and knowledgeable. She even told me about having portable AC units for their customers just in case of emergency. She gave me a real sense of how this company feels about their customers. After securing an appointment for later that day, I knew things were going to work out. Jonathan arrived on time and was equally reassuring. Plus, he has a great sense of humor! He got to work quickly and verified the problem and fixed it in no time. He was very professional, taking time to answer all of my questions and made suggestions to help prolong the life of our system. He even called the next day and helped me make adjustments to the thermostat to further improve its function. We definitely will be using this company going forward. I highly recommend Absolute Climate Control!

Absolute was able to come out the same day to check my unit even though the call I made to them was late in the afternoon. Very professional and thorough and fixed my problem quickly. We have used them in the past and the service has not changed and will continue to use them for any future needs. Highly recommended!
