Last week on one of the hottest days this summer, our AC went out. UGH!!! I was very worried, because not only was it the middle of the day when I called but also our HVAC system is older. I was dreading the thought of having to wait at least a day for an appointment just to be told the system would need to be replaced. And then how long might that take? I found Absolute Climate Control online and read in other reviews about their quick and professional service. First, shout out to Audrey who took my call. She is great! Very reassuring and knowledgeable. She even told me about having portable AC units for their customers just in case of emergency. She gave me a real sense of how this company feels about their customers. After securing an appointment for later that day, I knew things were going to work out. Jonathan arrived on time and was equally reassuring. Plus, he has a great sense of humor! He got to work quickly and verified the problem and fixed it in no time. He was very professional, taking time to answer all of my questions and made suggestions to help prolong the life of our system. He even called the next day and helped me make adjustments to the thermostat to further improve its function. We definitely will be using this company going forward. I highly recommend Absolute Climate Control!

Absolute Climate Control was referred to us through Home Depot when we were looking to replace our 16 yr old AC unit that was failing. We are so very pleased with the service we received from beginning to end. Trey 1st came to inspect our old unit to determine our needs. Next we met with James who helped us decide just what was available for our home and what would best meet our financial needs. He helped us apply for a rebate that saved us a very substantial amount of money allowing for us to decide on what best fit our needs. The technicians installing our new heat pump we chose over the existing air conditioning and furnace worked quietly and efficiently all day to complete the job. We appreciate their expertise and are blessed to have had these two men chosen to complete our instalation. We will highly recommend this reputable company to anyone needing help with their hvac needs!

I can't even begin to express how much we thank Dayden and Absolute climate control! He was very professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He actually took the time to show us what was wrong with our hvac system and got us up and running in no time. Not to mention in the dead of summer. We couldn't ask for a better company! You expect a company to just hand you a bill and be done with it but not in this case. I've never seen a company with reasonable prices and amazing staff. Absolute climate control is more than a company they care about their customers and make sure you are comfortable with their service. They almost feel like family. We also want to thank Johnathan and the other staff! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and we will definitely use them for any repairs, services, or purchases with a new ac system! Best company around!

They were very nice and friendly and explain their work very much like they knew what they were doing serviced my air condition but they found ductwork that I had been some tires in and all and they fixed all of that I really do appreciate them finding that and showing that to me and taking care of it and very polite and easy to talk to!!
