- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently we are offering a 10% discount since we’re a new company- take advantage of it while you can! We also charge $50 for in person consultations. This is credited towards your bill if you choose us, and if you don’t want to pay a fee we are happy to do a virtual consultation absolutely free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can expect a phone call within one day from when you first reach out. We will discuss general information about your project to make sure it’s something we can help you with. The next step is booking a consultation. On the phone we will choose a convenient date and time for us to visit your project and gather more information. During the consultation, we’ll discuss every detail of the project, including your preferences on materials and anything you feel like you need professional advice on. Once our representative leaves, we will have everything we need to develop a plan and price for your project. Typically you will receive a quote for your project within two to three days after the consultation. This will include a price as well as specifics about what items and services are included or excluded. If the price is too high, we can revisit our plan and rework the project to meet your budgetary needs. Once we have an agreed upon price, a final quote document will be provided as well as a contract. During this time we will also set a date for starting work. Finally, a deposit will be required, (typically 50%) and work can start.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started on the bottom as a laborer, working my way up by learning new skills and working hard. Today, I have all the skills and experience necessary to tackle any project in the grading and landscaping industry.
