- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront pricing before any work is done. From there, we offer repair options based on urgency and budget—no surprise add-ons and no pressure. We also offer maintenance plans for year-round comfort and financing options for new system installs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few quick questions to understand the issue, the home layout, and the system type/age of current system. Then we schedule a convenient service window and notify you when your technician is on the way. Once onsite, we diagnose the system, explain the findings in plain language, review repair or replacement options, and only proceed with what you approve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed and insured HVAC professionals with factory-certified training in heating, cooling, heat pump, and air quality systems. We stay current on code requirements, refrigerant regulations, high-efficiency systems, and modern smart thermostats to ensure safe, reliable work.
