Katie is a very personal and considerate person, she was on time and did everything we wanted and went above and beyond the task at hand. We have been using her for almost a year, and will continue. Highly recommend her to come out. She does and excellent job.

I dont usually give bad reviews and Im a fair person but she was very unprofessional... I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but after she left I still seen dust and under the couch was not swept and she didn't have to move the couch just bend over and you would see the crumbs... I kid you not she came to my house at 12p and finish at 10p now wth is really going on. My house is 1300 sqft and my house wasn't that dirty it usually take a house no more than 4 hours well that's what I'm use to... she told me she was so tired from the week but that's not my fault... then she quote me $120 then when she left she wanted $150 I just gave it to her so she would leave. I never had this happen to me. The part that got me that she barely clean my little house. I told her I do my own laundry and bed nothing was out of place she didn't have to pick up things off the floor just mop and vacuum and it still took her 10 hours.. smdh I really want my money back
