- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on what the event calls for, I usually prefer to talk about pricing until after we have spoken on the phone, or have had our initial meeting. Without knowing the details of what is being requested, it is very difficult to quote pricing. However, I can give some general details below... For Coaching and Consulting I have rates per hour (not recommended as hourly coaching or counseling is ineffective), and per 3 month, 6 month or 12 month ongoing coaching programs. For Entertaining (performing my Comedy Hypnosis show in your venue) the average rate is $2500.00 not including travel. We can tailor the fees to suit your budget depending on your needs. For Motivational Speaking, the average rate is between $1,000.00 to $10,000.00 depending on the needs of the event, distance from my home base, and overall scope of the event. So you can see, quoting accurate pricing without knowing the specifics is very difficult. Once we have spoken and you have filled me in, I can give you a very accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Really, what we do is all about rapport and relationships. I prefer to speak to a prospective client on the phone to see how we click and build rapport on the phone. Once we have had a discussion, and have determined that we are a good fit, then we can discuss the details of their request and what services I can provide, and how I can be of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Coach and Consultant, I am board certified in Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Strategy. I have degrees and certifications in Psychology and Counseling and Personal Development Coaching. As an Entertainer, and Motivational Speaker,I have many years and many thousands of shows worth of experience. I have served crowds from 5 to 10,000 over my career.
