What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three levels of service that can match your needs and budget. We offer volume discounts to investors signing on multiple properties at one time.
Don’t want to lock into a long term relationship? We know commitment is scary. Our management agreement works on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at any time without penalty with a 30 day notice. We believe we must work to earn your business every month, and we can’t wait to show you how well we treat your property!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our onboarding process we work to understand your needs. We do a thorough evaluation of your property, looking for anything that may be an issue. If the property is vacant, we quickly work to get your property on the market to find you the best tenant.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold my Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license. I'm also a member of REALTOR and NARPM to demonstrate our commitment to providing quality service. I also hold my Project Manager Professional certification.
