- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We take the time to evaluate your particular Septic or Sewage System and the problem that you are currently experiencing. Then we'll provide the customer with a quote and begin work as soon as it's approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our technicians are licensed and required to take continuing education classes every 24 months to insure they are up to date on current building codes and can fix any problems they may come across .
