What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a time convenient for the homeowner to meet with us. Walk through and list the items to be repaired with the homeowner. Submit a work proposal and contract itemizing all work to be preformed at the residence with the price and terms included.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend continuing education classes yearly so we can better serve our Customers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working with family Builders, later sub-contracting jobs for established builders in the Chattanooga/North Georgia areas. Secured a loan to build my first speculative "Spec" home to sell.
