- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as fair and upfront about pricing as possible. Estimates are always free and we try to get someone scheduled within two weeks of contact depending on the current workload. We are also proud to offer a 5% (max of $150) discounts for military personnel, first responders, and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, customers will contact us through email or text initially. The next step is a phone call to confirm a date and time for an estimate. Once the estimate is complete we typically can schedule most jobs within two weeks depending on the workload. We also offer virtual estimates through skype depending on the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Industrial Electricity program from Chattanooga State where I was chosen as the student of the year in that program. I am a licensed electrician in Tennessee. I have over 5 years of experience with general handyman work. Throughout my time in the trades, I have worked under master electricians, plumbers, general contractors, framers, concrete contractors, and more. I have a long list of references and many pictures of my projects.
