Introduction: When looking at the reviews please realize that I don’t have a single bad review on work I’ve actually done, just people who’s appointments I couldn’t make. My name is Craig Fancher, I am the owner & operator and I’m a 1 man crew. Please keep that in mind when instant booking, jobs have complications and I work every day. If you’re appointment was made 48 hours or less I would suggest getting in contact with me to confirm that I can make that time. Just because an open slot is booked does not mean I can just leave my current job unfinished and come at your booked time but I try my best to keep in touch. A busy contractor is not a bad contractor. I do general maintenance repairs from homes to light automotive work. I will not fix anything that I am not familiar with or overcharge for services. I rewind & troubleshoot electric motors, install fans, lighting, switches, outlets, as well as painting, landscaping, cleaning, furniture assembly, carpentry, deck building, deck restoration, fence repair, toilet install, etc. I do general handyman work and can make smaller to larger repairs and installations. I have a background winding electric motors from past work experience, and I have a diploma in Precision Machining & Manufacturing (Manual & CNC) and I am also currently pursuing an associates degree in Industrial Control Systems. Craig truly went above and beyond while installing my daughter’s TV. I was only able to select 3 out of the 5 great qualities listed, but he was all 5! Punctual, reliable, honest, and a very fair cost, as well. The job came out beautiful! I’m very appreciative and I highly recommend his work.

Craig was great and went above and beyond to help us get the parts we needed to install several new toilets for our bathroom renovations. He’s also very honest about what he can and cannot do which was greatly appreciated. He’s very reasonably priced and works hard. Would definitely recommend him.
