My rates are not complicated. All projects are a flat fee. No hourly. No refunds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to their needs and goals for their company. Listing and understanding their vision if they have one. Discovering their services and clients they want to reach. If you don't know their target audience, your wasting their time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decades of client integration and successfully taking their visions and implementing them into great design. Using my 30+ years in design and marketing experience to see the Big Picture of a company and foreseeing the elements needed to make them successful. I am a master on the computer and all Adobe applications. I've provided design consulting for Pfizer, Daimler Chrysler, AT&T, Panasonic, Westin Hotels, Strachan Shipping Company, AmeriCorps, YMCA, United Way and many other small business and startups.
