This is the first time I have used a mobile service for my cat, Precious. She is 8 years old and totally blind. Vickey took great care in working with Precious, and the washing and grooming could not have been better. Vickey is very pleasant to work with and she told me step-by-step what she was going to so that I could be prepared in case Precious got spooked. Precious was a little scared and nervous since she could not see what was going on but Vickey was wonderful with her. By the time the appointment ended, Precious was very calm, relaxed, and looking beautiful. I will definitely be using this service again. Thank you, Vickey, for a positive experience.
