He was very patient and I am happy he was the tech that came back again. On Dec 25th we had Josh out for emergency when both toilets overflowed so he is familiar. We are hoping the plumbing issue finally gets resolved. Very informative as well and follow up this morn as promised from his boss.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing replace a pressure gauge on my water line today as a result of low pressure in my home. He placed a cap on the gauge so that I can have access to it in the future. He was professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. He also gave me a military discount and thank me for my service. Kenny was a great technician and he demonstrated thorough knowledge of his profession.
