- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system depends on what is specified for the job the customer needs completed. If I arrive at their home and the job isn't as extreme or timely then I usually drop my quote to a lower one or if it needs more attention then intended then I might raise the quote but I try to make it as reasonable as I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very personable. I like to know who I'm working for, what exactly are they looking for in order for me to complete the job to their satisfaction. Trust is the main importance besides communication. I am an open book when it comes to my work. If you don't like it then it will be fixed to your liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer and business administration was my major. Business has always been imbedded into me. Supply and demand, customer service and satisfaction, I've also taken leadership courses and orientated business skills, leadership qualities, as well as guest services.
