- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Message me for details. Every project is different, and I try to maintain that mindset with my pricing structure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different, but the most important thing is going over the scope of work and making sure I have a complete and full understanding of what you want, and make sure you're completely understanding of what I'm going to deliver. Maintaining contact throughout a project and asking questions is a key to keeping both sides pleased and happy. Once the project is understood on both sides, the scheduling and delivery takes place, followed by any special requests.
