Kevin removed an old patio door and installed a new one at my home. We met at Home Depot where the door was purchased and he transported it from the store to my home. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. The work he did exceeded my expectations. It was professionally installed and he even added some unexpected trim work. Absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend him.

Kevin was asked to install security bars on my home's windows as well as security doors on the back and front entrance. He was able to complete the job within a few hours and did the job well. Kevin is very professional and has the right attitude and demeanor in dealing with his clients. The process of payment and down payment could have been a little cleaner but overall it did not take away from the quality of his work. In addition, next time I will know to discuss what the materials look like in advance because the bars aren't as thick as I would have liked, but again it is no reflection on supreme home builders dedication to the job. They were great.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small jobs such as replacing doors, ceiling fans, and windows, I can give a quote by phone. For jobs that will require any type of construction, I like to visit the project area to be able to provide a full documented estimate so that we can discuss all details of what is wanted and required to provide the customer with what they need.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Father was a General Contractor and Rehabber. I grew up learning and working with him starting at the age of 5. I knew back then watching him and learning from him that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I love working with my hands building and creating.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with local businesses, doctors, lawyers, architects, real estate investors, and home makers. We enjoy meeting new people and providing them with quality service that they will never forget!
