LaShaunte is awesome! We hired her for a private group cooking class for a bachelorette party and we had a blast! Not only did we have an amazing experience that was educational, but we had so much delicious food! I had a few friends that had dietary restrictions and a few who are vegan. LaShaunte was extremely accommodating and worked with me to create a creative and extensive menu (2 appetizers, 2 dinner entrees, and 3 desserts)! We were also renting a cabin and she brought over EVERYTHING (equipment, food, and her fabulous skill and personality). She gave us good instruction even though we were a silly bunch of girls AND she even played along with some of our games WHILE making dinner. I don't think there's anything this woman can't do! Do yourself a favor or treat yourself, hire LC Catering!

sports nutrition, culinary arts degree, baking and pastry degree and going to school for bachelor's in agricultural business managament.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would shoot with celebrities for magazines and I'd bring food to the shoots, some of them wanted me to cook for them and their parties and I transitioned from a photographer, to a chef. :)
