Chef Shay have a very good understanding of different diets, and always come up with creative ways to make delicious food. Chef Shay have cooked my husband and I for many years, and due to all my food allergies and autoimmune disease she was able to still make the best meals that fits my nutrition needs! I highly recommend Shay if you are looking for someone amazing!

For my wife and I preparing daily meals was a challenge. We’re a family of four vegetarians with busy schedules and low patients for cooking everyday. Our dining out budget was ridiculous and we really needed home cooked meals for our two boys. Shay was exactly what we were liking for, her meals are so delicious and she is so courteous and professional. We truly appreciate the precaution she takes in preparing meals for our family during this Pandemic. She always wears her gloves and face mask and I never find hair in my plate like I have at some restaurants. If you’re in our predicament I highly recommend using this service. 5 STAR!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a detailed questionnaire, gather client information and talk about what their goals are whether for a lesson, party or private chef services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
sports nutrition, culinary arts degree, baking and pastry degree and going to school for bachelor's in agricultural business managament.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would shoot with celebrities for magazines and I'd bring food to the shoots, some of them wanted me to cook for them and their parties and I transitioned from a photographer, to a chef. :)
