- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a detailed questionnaire, gather client information and talk about what their goals are whether for a lesson, party or private chef services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
sports nutrition, culinary arts degree, baking and pastry degree and going to school for bachelor's in agricultural business managament.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would shoot with celebrities for magazines and I'd bring food to the shoots, some of them wanted me to cook for them and their parties and I transitioned from a photographer, to a chef. :)
