I had a roadkill smell underneath my kitchen island. I called Matt and we discussed the situation. He said he was booked on Monday but he would be out on Tuesday. Unfortunately, Tuesday I got very very sick. But he wrote me and he said he cleared his calendar for me and would be out the next day. When he arrived, he analyzed the situation and came up with a plan. The nest that was in my downdraft vent was way up high. He would have to cut a hole in the ceiling basement utility room to get to the critters.. it was a mama squirrel and a baby squirrel still alive along with two dead squirrels. It took him awhile but he accomplished the job. We agreed he’d come back the next day to sanitize and close up the vent. I gladly paid him what I owed him.. Very nice man, very solution orientated. His plan worked, and the roadkill is gone.. I would definitely use him again. He was excellent!
