We were taken back by a raccoon somehow getting in our church building (as we kept getting a call from our Security Alarm agents, that movement was taken place inside of the church) with watchful eyes of the cameras I suddenly saw movement which looked at first to me like a cat. However, quickly I discovered it was a raccoon. To make a long story short. I spoke with Matt and he came right out, The same day. He was very prompt and courteous with the details and extremely affordable. He set the traps indoor and outdoor and actually went above and beyond. He found the entryways that the raccoon possibly used to access entry into our building and went to work after he fully checked the crawl space as well as the attic space and all floor levels. He was phenomenal! He checked the traps almost daily FAITHFULLY and not only did he catch the raccoon he caught two possums. We were so thrilled and thankful. Even after the catches (Apex Wildlife Services) Mr. Matt still kept his word of keeping the traps set up for even an extra week to be sure there weren’t more catches. He also took down old entryway (after explaining the rotted wood situation to us) and built and attached two new crawl space doors. Which look absolutely fantastic in the pictures below. And he will be doing some more projects for the help of protecting our building from any wildlife getting in as for future protection. We are so grateful. If you are in need of any assistance. Matt maintained great communication, arrived on time and explained every step and the reasons for what had to be done. He operates with integrity. I had birds in the duct and near the bathroom fan. He made sure the entire duct was free of the bird nest, etc. I appreciated that he went beyond addressing the obvious problem and cleared out remnants of a nest that we would never have known were still in the duct, but mostly that the duct was ill fitting. He fixed everything as it should be and provided proper duct covers. As he said, he wanted to do the job right. His pricing is fair and he offered a partial refund when he tried to fix the ill fitting duct with the result of another minor problem. It wasn’t his fault, so we refused the refund offer. Professional, fair pricing, strong work ethic and honest.
