Matt Leo was EXCEPTIONAL. I called him because I had a rat come in somehow and in 24 hours he was here to inspect, gave me a list of exclusions to consider and set traps. I truly believe the trap that went off scared the rodent because since that day we have seen no new activity or signs! He is responsive, gives great recommendations and I’ll call him for anything related to wildlife and rodents from here forward! It was excellent working with Matt. He was able to remove the starlings that decided to make their home in my ceiling. He replaced several vents that did not have bird guard so that my problem would be completely resolved. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and great at what he does.
