- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is FAIR. I am not going to price gouge anyone. I treat people the way I would like for them to treat me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to their ideas for their event (color, structures, style, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a mentor that has poured into me and she still walks with me, but now working together on different jobs. I have also taken several classes at Burton & Burton.
