Introduction: Bio Chef Tiffanie Lynn Blackmon born and raised in Trenton NJ surrounded by family. Growing up my mother was a chef and worked for several universities and hospitals across the state. My mother would bring my siblings and I to see what she did everyday serving the community with her fantastic cuisines. At the age of 39 I decided after doing some catering to attend Virginia College for Culinary in Richmond Virginia. I had so much enthusiasm for my craft, I began to do competitions and won Best Appetizer at Broad Appetite in 2013. I successfully landed a job while interning at Bull & Bear Private Club in downtown Richmond. I have completed my degree in culinaryarts with a 4.0. During my time in culinary school I was named named student of the department and received several acknowledgements from the president and dean of the college. Along with winning the presidential award and dean list award. In the past 9 years I have created and operated Taste of Tiffanie catering as well as being the Sous chef at Charlie Goodnights Comedy under the leadership of Helium Comedy Group out of Philadelphia PA along with many other hats.In 2017-2019 held the position of Executive Chef of Kings Dominion and currently am the owner and Founder of Brown Girls Can Cook LLC and Taste Of Tiffanie Spices.

I don’t know where to begin! Chef Tiffanie far surpassed everything I imagined for my birthday weekend. From our initial conversations until the very last meal, she was just the consummate communicator and planner. To top that, her food was delicious- so full of flavor. Don’t hesitate for one moment - Chef Tiffanie is amazing; you won’t be disappointed.

We have been using chef Tiffanie for a few weeks and we have been blown away! We needed weekly meals for our family of four that were nutritious, adventurous and flavorful. Chef has delivered! We look forward to developing the menu together every week. Cannot rave enough about Chef Tiffany!

When I say Chef Tiffanie and her staff are professional and absolutely amazing that is an understatement. She offered a food tasting prior to my event which blew me & my family away. Not only are we picky but several of us are vegetarian & she gave us some amazing options to choose from. The tasting was so good that I changed the date of my event so that I could have her as my caterer. Her presentation was beautiful & everything was freshly prepared in front of us & her portions were very generous, we had more than enough. Everyone who attended my event is still talking about not only how much they enjoyed her food but how wonderful her & her staff are. She will be officially catering any event I host. Thank you Chef Tiffanie & staff. You are amazing!!!

    I have a degree in accounting and finance in 1999 then in 2010 I went to Culinary school graduated in 2012 with a 4.0 GPA
