Our pricing is transparent and fair, based on the type and scope of work. We offer free estimates for installations and major repairs, and our service calls include clear upfront pricing so there are no surprises. Discounts may be available for routine maintenance plans, multiple services in one visit, or first-time customers. Any additional fees, such as for emergency service or specialized equipment, are communicated before work begins to ensure full clarity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by listening carefully to your needs and assessing the situation, whether it’s a repair, installation, or maintenance request. We then provide a clear estimate and explain the best options for your system. Once the plan and pricing are agreed upon, we schedule the service at a convenient time. Our technicians arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and make sure everything is tested and functioning properly before leaving. We prioritize communication, transparency, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and certifications in HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. I’ve completed courses and on-the-job training that cover electrical systems, refrigerant handling, energy efficiency, and safety standards. This combination of formal training and real-world experience allows me to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality service to every customer.
