Russell did an amazing job reconnecting the duct in our attic to the plenum. There was no air coming into 3 of our upstairs bedrooms and without hesitation, he knew exactly what we needed and just how to do it. He had great communication leading up to our appointment, and he checked all the boxes on the 3 P’s (Punctual, Professional and Priced Reasonably). There are some other HVAC jobs that we’ve already gotten quotes on, and we’re so happy to have found a knowledgeable and trustworthy HVAC technician in the metro Atlanta area!

He was very professional, responsive, and thorough. I was completely satisfied with the work and highly recommend him to anyone needing air conditioner services. Mr Russell is a person that knows what he is doing and explains it to his customers so that they can understand. Cost of repairs are high already but with him you feel you are getting your moneys worth and he will go over and beyond to get you squared away. I recommend him over ANY other business.
