Extremely professional, and unlike other computer repair people, you can expect Corey to communicate with you every step of the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, send me the tracking information for when the replacement part was to be delivered, and there was a quick turnaround time from receiving the component to repairing the computer. Unlike other computer repair companies, Corey can repair even hardware issues! I highly recommend him for any computer repair needs.
