Certification organization
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Everyone's time is important. Most of the time, these CPR classes are job requirements that people are trying to complete outside of normal work hours. I do what I can to make the process as easy as possible by offering classes 7 days a week, with both day and evening classes. The American Heart Association has also set up Online Classes, watch the video at home at your own pace. Then come and test your knowledge with me and I will have you done in less than an hour. Class sizes are also kept small, to allow for more individual and hands on training. I know that I do better in a smaller group setting and I'm a lot more likely to ask questions to make sure that I understand the subject matter. I want the people that attend class to look forward to it re-certifying with me after 2 years.

Excellent instructor. Small class size allows for more personal approach to instruction and more hands on time for the student. Professional and well versed in CPR procedures. Flexible scheduling times worked well with my work schedule. Getting your certification card immediately upon completing the class was a plus as it allowed me to start my new job immediately.

I had called after trying to get classes at other locations. Clint took me in the same day and gave me the best CPR training that I've had. He took time to explain everything thoroughly so that I would be able to remember everything easier. I don't want to take a class with anyone other than Clint again and I've had to take the class over 6 different times with other instructors...

Clint was wonderful. I took the online class portion and the in class testing. He helped make sure I received the correct course work that is required for my job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable during in the in class training and testing portion of the class. He made sure I understood every thing and even explained it all better than the videos. He answered all my questions and gave in depth answers. He was always very fast to respond to my email. I will recommend him to all my friends that need to renew their cpr, first aid and aed training and I plan to return when I need to renew mine. Over all it was a wonderful experience.

Clint was great and worked with my hectic schedule. I was able to do the online class, where I watched the video at home and did the skills check in the office to save on my time. He took time to make sure I felt comfortable with all of the material and even printed my card when I was finished. I'm looking forward to going back to see him in 2 years.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In order to be an instructor, I have to take the same classes I offer and take an additional instructor class in order to be able to offer American Heart Association classes. I have to renew my certification every 2 years and I stay in the instructor network to make sure that I'm offering the most up to date information.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure that you are getting quality CPR certification. There are a lot of different organizations that offer classes, but the American Heart Association is generally the desired organization to get your training from. The AHA is considered the nation'™s largest voluntary health agency fighting heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. The AHA also brings together the top scientists and researchers to evaluate the latest cardiovascular and resuscitation research and develop the published consensus for the treatment of cardiovascular emergencies.
