- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mediation fee will accrue at the rate of $200.00/hourly. All payments due will be processed electronically at the time of mediation and that the mediator uses Zelle, Apple Pay, Cashapp or Paypal to process all financial payments. Mediations must be cancelled twenty-four (24) hours in advance. If this is not done the parties will be charged $400 or 2hrs for the mediation session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial client intake interview with the requesting party to understand the request for mediation, if I agree to take the mediation, I then send all parties involved a client package, with my Guidelines for Mediation, Agreement to Mediate/ Consent to Mediate and My Fee Structure. All documents will need to be signed and returned before we begin our mediation session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S in Business Administration Basic and Civil Mediation, Juvenile Delinquency and Domestic Relations Training from the Justice Center of Atlanta. Employee Relations Mediation for the Federal Government for 10 years.
