I would first like to highlight the outstanding customer service. Frank’s communication, professionalism, and overall business ethics were exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to fully understand our vision and even verified details in person before beginning the project to ensure everything aligned with what we wanted. His guidance on color combinations was extremely helpful and showed both experience and attention to detail.

Freddie assisted me with installing two towel racks in separate bathrooms here in my home and he did an excellent job. He worked quickly; and he was courteous and professional.

The racks were installed without issue and looked good. I was concerned about one of the racks because I attempted to install it myself but ran into issues with the size of the holes for the wall anchors and a 2X4 behind the wall. But Frankie installed the rack nicely and was able to do so with the existing holes I made. I was extremely pleased with his work.
