I cannot shut up about Bryan and Primitive Solutions LLC. Bryan was professional, attentive, careful, considerate and informative from start to finish. I learned so much about epoxy in the 2 days or so it took to layer and cure. I think my two main takeaways were; have a good idea of the design you desire and keep the area sanitized and protected until completely dried. My countertops went from the usual-everyday-in-every-home gray quartz to Oh My Goodness customized show stopper. Everyone who walks into my home is completely wowed! I truly couldn’t be happier, especially with Primitive Solution’s warranty. You really won’t be disappointed!

Hired Primitive Solutions Bryan Arrogant individual who did not take my wishes into consideration. He came in with a vision of what he wanted to do . Totally disregarded what I asked for. Discussed it with him advised he would provide the labor I would need to pay an extra $400 for materials. Bryan also damaged a tree on my property after I asked him not to disturb it. If you have something particular in mind I would highly suggest looking elsewhere

Sharon, I’m sorry you feel this way. You requested a light gray floor with a little white vein, and you were present during the installation, guiding me not to add too much white. I followed that direction, and I have photos of the finished work. The tree branch I trimmed was hanging into the driveway and blocking safe access for my truck and trailer. I only cut the portion sticking out to prevent damage to my vehicle. Because our floors are custom, I offered to redo the work if desired, asking only $400 to cover additional materials.
