- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an insane ability to work with my client's budget by suggesting glamorous, yet affordable options when what their heart desires is a bit our of reach for them financially. Therefore, the best thing to do when working with me is to request a free consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client comes to me, they are usually newly engaged, planning a milestone birthday, wanting a glamorous baby shower, or wanting to steal the show at their corporate event. No matter what the occasion,they usually quite joyfully share their story and vision with me. My only job at that time is to listen with an open heart and mind so that nothing in their vision is missed or consumed by own ideas. It is my job to bring their vision to life--beautifully. It all starts with intentional listening.
