What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically depending on how the customer found use we call the customer and find out just what they are looking to get done to there bathroom. After we understand what they are looking far we then set and appointment to gp out to the home to give a estimate. If the customer likes the estimate we ask far half upfront and rest upon completion of work.
